3/27/09—iClick2Media and AlphaStar International met with staff from the Wireline Competition 

Bureau and the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau urging the FCC to ensure that the 

interests of small businesses with technologies such as theirs are given ample opportunity to

apply and be considered for stimulus broadband grants and loans. AlphaStar indicated that if it

receives a grant, it hopes to be a satellite backhaul service that would provide the answer to 

third party wireless and terrestrial broadband service providers wanting to link various aspects 

of their physical network together. iClick2Media said through a relationship with AlphaStar and 

using AlphaStar’s satellite backhaul, iClick2Media would be able to provide informational, 

entertainment and educational content to mobile devices to rural,unserved and underserved 

communities in remote areas.
